Special congratulations to a well deserving and special star Riley, who picked up the award for best grader on the day. She did the green belt grading alone, she was confident, powerful, and very determined.
Not only on this occasion, but at 7 years of age she has the confidence to compete at tournaments. Very special for her to have Mum and Dad watch her on the day bursting with pride as we all are, you are a true inspiration. You’re going to be a great Taekwondo martial artist Riley!
Congratulations also to Tom for completing the gruelling black belt grading, you have been promoted to 1st Degree. Hope your damaged leg makes a speedy recovery!
We again finished our grading day with two hours of tuition from Master John McNally, another inspiring session, showing us new techniques, moves and how with every pattern we learn, each move has a practical application when learning to defend ourselves. Also, lots of fun and laughs. We will be having another session after the next grading and hope you will support.

Finally, it’s been fantastic to see so many new recruits these last few weeks showing great potential. Looking forward to the next grading on the 14th September. It will be here sooner than you think so train hard and be part of the success.
