Taekwondo4life Terms and Conditions

  1. Enrolment and Registration:
    a.
    All students must complete the registration process before participating in any classes.
    b. Registration fees in the form of your annual licence issued by the ITC are non-refundable and must be paid within 4 weeks of registration.

     

  2. Classes and Schedule:
    a.
    Class schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the school.
    b. Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Absences should be communicated in advance.

     

  3. Code of Conduct:
    a. Respect for instructors, fellow students, and the facility is mandatory.
    b. Inappropriate behaviour, including bullying, will not be tolerated.
    c. Students must adhere to the principles of the 5 Taekwondo tenets, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.

     

  4. Fees and Payments:
    a. Tuition fees must be paid in advance or according to the agreed-upon payment plan.
    b. Late payments may result in a late fee.

     

  5. Uniforms and Equipment:
    a. Students are required to wear the official Taekwondo uniform during classes or club shirts and club training trousers / shorts. No other clothing may be worn unless express permission is given by the senior club instructor.

    b. Shoes may only be worn on medical grounds or with prior permission of the senior club instructor.
    c. No Smoking, drinking, eating, or wearing of jewellery (except medical ) is permitted in the dojang.
    d. Belts must be removed if eating or drinking outside the dojang.
    e. No smoking is permitted whilst wearing a dobok or club clothing regardless of location. 
     

  6. Safety and Liability:
    a. Students participate at their own risk, and the school is not liable for any injuries during class or in the dojang.
    b. Any existing medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed to the school.

    c. Any student training under the influence of any alcohol or drugs will be dismissed and may be barred from returning to Taekwondo4life.
     

  7. Termination of Membership:
    a.
    The school reserves the right to terminate the membership of any student for disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with rules, or failure to meet financial obligations.

     

  8. Photography and Videography:
    a.
    The school may use photographs or videos of students for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians who object must notify the school in writing.

     

  9. Communication:
    a.
    Important announcements and updates will be communicated secure via whatsapp, website, or other specified channels.

     

  10. Governing Law:
    a.
    These terms and conditions are governed by the International Taekwondo Council and the Taekwondo council UK.

     

  11. Amendments:
    ​a.
    The school reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Notice of any changes will be provided to students and parents in a timely manner.


By enrolling in Taekwondo4Life, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
